My Sound Journey
As a musician working with singers and instrumentalists, I have had the privilege of bringing therapeutic music sessions to various locations across the UK. In these interactive concerts, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of music on many occasions. It is through this work that my passion for sound therapy and sound healing was nurtured, guiding me to pursue this path further.
I have completed a Professional Diploma in Group Sound Arts Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and a course in Integral Sound Studies and Practices with SVARAM Center in Auroville, India. I have also completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Practitioner training, and Level 1 training in Integral Sound Healing with Tuning Forks with The Sound Healing Academy.
I am deeply passionate about the power of sound to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being, and I strive to create transformative experiences through my work. It would be my pleasure to bring the magical world of music and healing sounds to you.

Yoga & Sound Bath

This event invites us to slow down and turn our attention inward. Yoga and sound is the perfect combination allowing us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Sivananda yoga Acharya Marc Leonard, leads the practice of gentle yoga and the class will conclude in a soothing sound bath to support rest, balance, and inner calm. Beginning with a slow, grounding yoga flow to release tension, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with Tibetan bowls, chimes, monochord and drum.
Afterwards, you are welcome to share with us herbal tea and healthy nibbles.
Lost Chord Interactive Music Sesssions

I have been performing with the Lost Chord UK charity for almost 20 years. The charity delivers interactive music sessions and therapeutic concerts to care homes and community centres.
I usually perform with various musicians (singers and instrumentalists) in primary care home settings across London. Feel free to get in touch for more information on specific venues and dates — I'd be happy to share the details with you.
Yin Yoga with Live Piano & Sound Bath
Chistlehurst Methodist Church

This will be a truly transformative evening as we blend the meditative depths of yin yoga with the soul-stirring sounds of live piano, followed by a sound bath relaxation in the atmospheric surroundings of Chislehurst Methodist Church.
Guided by Valerie May, the yoga will invite you into deep relaxation and introspection. Each pose will be beautifully complemented by the gentle classical and modern pieces, providing a serene soundscape to support your practice.
