My Sound Journey
As a musician working with singers and instrumentalists, I have had the privilege of bringing therapeutic music sessions to various locations across the UK. In these interactive concerts, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of music on many occasions. It is through this work that my passion for sound therapy and sound healing was nurtured, guiding me to pursue this path further.
I have completed a Professional Diploma in Group Sound Arts Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and a course in Integral Sound Studies and Practices with SVARAM Center in Auroville, India. I have also completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Practitioner training, and I am currently furthering my training in Integral Sound Healing with Tuning Forks at The Sound Healing Academy.
I am deeply passionate about the power of sound to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being, and I strive to create transformative experiences through my work. It would be my pleasure to bring the magical world of music and healing sounds to you.

Spring Yoga & Sound Bath; Embracing Renewal & Growth

Spring is the season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings — an invitation to plant seeds for what we wish to nurture in our lives.
Through mindful yoga practice, led by the Sivananda yoga teacher Marc Leonard, we will align with the spirit of spring, much like the earth does after winter’s rest.
The healing sound bath offers opportunity to sow the seeds of intention for fresh beginnings, whether in your personal life, work, or your journey ahead.
Afterwards, you are welcome to share with us herbal tea and healthy nibbles.
Lost Chord Therapeutic Music Sesssions

I have been performing for the Lost Chord UK charity for almost 15 years. We bring interactive music sessions and therapeutic concerts to care homes and community centres.
Together with Julia White (oboe) we will be performing at homes in Surbiton, and Thames Ditton.
